ŌURA’s New Feature Simplifies Smart, Personalized Nutrition

ŌURA has launched two new AI-driven features, Meals and Glucose, to enhance its health tracking tools. By integrating biometric data with continuous glucose monitoring from Stelo by Dexcom, these features provide real-time insights into dietary choices and metabolic responses. They offer personalized guidance to improve metabolic health, which is crucial for preventing diseases like Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

The Meals feature helps users analyze their meals by taking a photo, offering nutritional insights and focusing on macronutrient balance. The Glucose feature, integrated with Dexcom’s Stelo biosensor, provides continuous glucose tracking. Both features work with ŌURA’s AI-powered virtual health coach, Ōura Advisor, to offer personalized, data-backed advice on nutrition, sleep, and metabolic health.

What started as a 5-woman WhatsApp group is now an Apple-recognized app, organically adopted in 127 countries, rated 4.8⭐ on the App Store, and helping thousands of moms manage their day, their energy, and their sanity.

“We spent two years just listening to moms before we wrote a single line of code,” she says. “Because balancing ambition and real life? That’s the hardest part. Everything else is figure-out-able.”
